Pattern Recognition in Radiology, ECG and Report Generation

This project, developed internally at UFSC in partnership with Telemedicine, focuses on the research and development of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence solutions for detecting findings in radiological images and ECG and translating them into preliminary reports. Convolutional Neural Networks, Transformers, and Language Models are used. Additionally, intensive use is made of hardware architectures such as the DGXH100, which is essential for this type of project.
