Automated Generation of Orthomosaics (Aerial Imaging)

The objective of this project is to study and develop computational tools for the automated generation of orthomosaics from aerial images, typically acquired by drones. The key innovation of this proposal lies in the generation and visualization of orthophotos in web, desktop, or mobile environments, supporting both RGB and multispectral formats, and operating independently of the drone type used. This ensures an open-platform approach, provided that minimum requirements are met during image acquisition.
